Help: full frame OF STM4 ? "Synopsys telecom WorkBench"?

where to get test bench with Verilog for STM4?
Is there any tool that can capture full frame OF STM4 as text or something?
Is there any tool that can generate a full frame OF STM4?

I have searched lots of sites. Finally i found "Synopsys SDH WorkBench" or "Synopsys telecom WorkBench" as a solution. Is it possible to get evaluation version of this software?
