help for windows application to control micro controlers

i would like to know how to make an application to control and stream info from my micro controller.

if anyone could give me some useful links and videos on how to make an application, and how to link it to a micro controller (using usb)

You have to used vb.net 2008/2010 with mcHID.dll from HelmPCB. With that file you can do USB communication between PC and MCU.
