HELP FOR SPICE MODEL

Hi Friends,

I am looking for the spice model of C8051F340 and TB6560AHQ. I am going to use these library files for the proteus and altium simulation. Please someone help me to find out these files.

Did you contact Toshiba directly to see if they have a model, none shows
on their product page for this driver part or the spice model section ?
