sim card pin assignment

i'm drawing the SIM card holder (part no. is Molex 91236, 6pins) PCB component libs, but there's no pins assignment, where can i get them? please help me. thank you
 

sim card vpp

You need smartcard standard ISO 7816 part 2. It describes pin assignment and dimensions. Use Google with keywords "ISO 7816".

Attached a picture how i use the sim
Pin 6 is defined as VPP, so to program card, better set to gnd
You must verify if the modem uses simsw to grng or simvcc
