Help for Calculation of TRP

Hey there guys.

Well I will go directly into the question at hand:
I have been tearing my hairs outta my head for the last two days. The problem is to calculate the Total Radiated Power, given only the information about the E field for both polarizations, e.g Ephi and Etheta at different point in complex form.
Information for the Efield (unit V/m) for both polarizations (Ephi and Etheta) at (phi, theta) points is given in complex numbers according to the following format in the Attachement.
The frequency at hand is 25 GHz.
Do you have any idea how to tackle this problem, I believe since the spreadsheet has more than 2700 measurements of Ephi and Etheta I will need to use matlab?
