Help finding driver boards with voltage translation for prototyping

I need to do things like take 3.3V from FPGA and send to various gate drivers, GPIO, etc.

Can anyone recommend some breakout boards available?

I found a decent collection at sparkfun, but looking for other options

I need to convert 3.3V to 5V
5V to 3.3V
3.3V to 15V

and I might need some noise immunity options like RS-485, or opto-isolators.
