Help: FAIL 003 - power supply Rohde & Schwarz NGSM 32/10

At a flea market I found an interesting jewel: a DC power supply Rohde & Schwarz NGSM 32/10 in very good aesthetic conditions. Unfortunately when it is turned on it seems to run well but after few seconds (sometimes immediately after power up) an error "fail 003" appears.

Please, can you help me? I have not any manual...:cry:
 

Many problems have simple solutions. It may just be a bad connection or bad electrolytic capacitor. Remove the main plug and with caution of high voltage try to open the equipment and check for loose connections, for dry joints (use a good soldering iron to solder all suspected points) also for bad capacitors.

Thank you for the tips. Next days I'll try to open the power supply to take a look inside. Meantime I hope that anyone has some datailed informations about error code and PS manuals/electric diagrams
