hi,
i wish to make a circuit that can switch power to a device using a 12V power supply and a 6V power supply and back again.but i have to keep the unit powered at all times.

The switching time must be fast(<10us) so a simple relay is out of the question.

Could i use a FET? and what would my circuit involve?
