Help Cadence tutorials for beginner

Hi,
I need some good material about Cadence tutorials. I have Cadence software but I can't find its turorial as I read in some past threads.
Could anyone suggest me some good tutorials for very beginner of Cadence? If possible, could you send me some even the tutorials in Cadence?
Any help would be much appreciated!
