help ADS needed_mos parameter for 0.18um technology

can some one provide me 0.18um mos parameter file to put that data in ADS2005A,or any .exe file that directly give me that model

You can import the .zap files in ADS, there are 0.18 MOS components and several relevant examples. Just copy and paste the NMOS and PMOS to your design.
