[Help] ADC or DAC measure for HSPICE

Hi, I am a student in Taiwan.
My research is Delta-Sigma ADC and DAC.
But, I can't understood to measure INL,DNL,ENOB,SNR for useing HSPICE tools.

example:How do measure SNR to use .fft instruction for HSPICE?

Have any refence document or reference example to help understanding ADC and DAC measure for HSPICE?

You don't, you print data and use matlab for SNR.

You can use the sandwork to read the HSPICE simulation result and use the ADC analyzer in sandwork to do those measurement.

But,If draw the schematic circuit for using ViewDraw,and to transform netlist for HSPICE form.Can use transforming netlist to simulation SNR,INL,DNL,ENOB?

If can doing, How do to employ netlist simulation SNR,INL,DNL,ENOB on HSPICE tools?

The Delta-Sigma ADC can't define DNL,INL.
I only do SNR in matlib.

spice explorer has ADC tools but there is no DAC tools.
Do you know how I can use it and measure DAC parameters?

Hi

For not sampled output data, HSPISE itself can calculate THD by using .four function, but if you have a sampled data at output, like in switched caps circuits, you have to use additional process, like return the output data to MATLAB, sampling at specified times and calculating the parameters or using additional software, as the other said.
