help about CMOS bandgap reference

now i am ready to design a CMOS bandgap reference.But I don't know how to set BJT's parameters in CMOS circuit.I know that BJTs in CMOS ciruit must be compatible to CMOS technics.Who can give me some advice or introduce me some good papers.Thanks.

You refer to the past topics of Bandgap Design in this forum. There were many papers attached in the forum and i'm sure you will manage to get the good papers.
