Heating problem

L4975A ic in the attached photo
I replaced the ic twice in the board .but when i connect the 24v to the board and connect the board to the output screen ,the ic getting heat and after 10 seconds the screen shutdown
P.s :i checked all components and all good
No short
No missing lines

I presume you have the heatsink attached to it and are using some thermal conducting paste. The metal tab facing the camera MUST have the heat carried away from it to the heat sink.
