hi

Is there any heat sink to dissipate 4W ? the module size is 6 mm x 6mm.

That's a lot of heat for the tip of a fingernail... A high-end embedded CPU, power-LED or something? Are you sure that's mm, not cm?

6 x 6mm is aproximate standard area of TO220 semiconductor, that heatsinks you have in every electronics shop.

4W is nothing spectacular, there is much higher dissipations like 50W and more on that surface area!

Buy or make heatsink from copper or alluminium.
