Heat Sink for BTA24 Triac????

Hi guys.
I am driving 0.5HP induction motor current rating is 3.5A.
I just wanna ask; do i need a heat sink for bta24 or not?
 

Yes. On-state voltage is about 1V, power disspation 3.5W, thermal resistance junction-to-ambient 60K/W => Δt 210 K
