is the input pin going into the ade7753 EVALUATION board must be 5V for logic high? can the board treat as logic high for 3.3V.

I am actually using ADE7753 evaluation board to measure single phase
power. The ADE7753 evaluation board is connecting to microcontroller,
the communication protocol i used is SPI communication. After
receiving the energy measurement, the microcontroller will need to
send the measured data wirelessly to the database. For what i know,
all i need to send in data to the ADE7753 evaluation board is
DIN(pin2), SCLKIN(pin5), CSBIN(pin4) and RESETBIN(pin3). From the
logical analyzer, i can see that i sending the correct logic to the
ADE7753 evaluation board, however when i measure the output logic at
DOUT(pin13), there is no data coming out when i attempting to do SPI
read to obtain the value stored in register 9. That means the ADE7753
evaluation board didn't receive anything? Is there anything i need to
do to start the SPI communication, as the VXOUT didn;t on.
