Dear Sir/Madam

I have problem with RTC. I have used RTC r2025 (RICOH) in earlier. Now I have changed to RTC RS5C372A. can you please let me know what is deference between this two RTC and how can I configure the RTC RS5C372A for getting accurate timing.
