Have I created this CMOS circuit correctly?

Hi,

I'm new to IC design and just wanted to verify that this is the most efficient design possible. I have the expression Y = A * /B +/C to implement as a functioning CMOS circuit and have come up with this circuit and altered expression:

I know that the logic is correct I was hoping someone could tell me if there is a better way to implement this expression

This looks to me the solution that indeed minimizes the count of transistor used.
