Have any one try to make pic ICD-S for CSS PCW

I saw in this webboard that it say just changed the firmware on mplab icd . had any one try it yet ?. and if so where could i possible to download ccs icd firmware or it can't be download. thanks

Hi, there. I have one simple question. Are you talking about Microchip hardware (ICD) or CCS hardware. I've assembled microchip ICD and i'm using the version firmware that cames with MPLAB. Never the less i believe that CCS-ICD is faster. Can someone upload the schematic for CCS-ICD (no matter serial or USB conection), or pm me.

Microchip's and CCS ICD use same hardware, only firmware are different.
CCS's ICD has firmware that can work with 20MHz quartz.
