after installing and environment configurement

type "hspicegui" in terminal: hspicegui
error message appears: "Segmentation fault"

but tpye "hspice /……/demo/*.sp"
it ran successfully

So, i don't know if hspice has been installed successfully.
By the way, how could i view the result figure? "awaves" or some command else?

Thanks in advance.
regards,

You can use CosmosScope to view the results. The linux version of hspice don't have awaves.

if hspice has been install correct, you should type hspice, and then it should request you a file name .sp file.

and if you wanna view your graphic results, type in your script .OPTION POST=2
then compile again and there will appear a new files .ac0 and .ic0, that you should open with gwave.
