I am working on a project to implement Braille on FPGA.
Could someone guide me for previous work and possibilities in this

Well, without knowing what hardware you are using, and what work you've done so far, its a bit difficult to help. I assume its some data stream that converts ascii characters into some form of braile reader.

THen it should just be a simple address map lookup.
How much have you done so far?

My query is about the technology used in the link posted...
whether it capacitive mechanism or i can use FPGA for generating and displaying braille map

whatever it is, there should be a digital interface allowing fpga access
