Hartley oscillator using transistor problem

Hi masters.i have a hartley circuit based on transistor ,my problem is when i change the value of L1 and L2 to a " uH " value for instance L1=L2=1uH the output wave is nothing while it works for L1 and L2 in "mH" values for instance it works when L1=L2=1mH ,WHY? how i can make it work for L1 and L2 in uH values?I changed C1 value according to L1 & L2 value for giving 11khz frequency but no succeed.

Try to keep the characteristic resonant circuit impedance √L/C
Instead of reducing L only, reduce L and C by the same factor.
 
hi,according to dear FvM above replay i changed L1=L2=1uH and changed C1 to 1nF and it gave me sawtooth like sinewave.but it was working,now how i can make it look likes sine wave?
 

thank you FvM your thread was helpful,I set L1=L2=1uH and set C1=0.1uF and it works,But my another problem is that why counter timer component that i used in #POST1 circuit cant measure frequency of circuit and just show 0?How to measure frequency of this circuit in proteus?
 

I believe that's a problem with the different handling of analog and digital signals in the simulator. May be a schmitt-trigger gate does the required conversion. I'm no Proteus expert and don't wont to become one.

The counter timer should work, but looks to be some problem there. Just try using oscilloscope measurements..
 

how to measure frequency using oscilloscope i dont know, iis ther a formulla?
