how can one design and produce a prototype for a calculator with 16 buton keypad to be displayed on a 4 digit seven segment display using:
1. CPLD
2. VHDL
3. Microchip PIC

For that you only need a PIC . nothing else is needed unless you are required to use a particuliar graphic display
