Hi

How was colour (white Balence)problem adjusted?Then all spears ok(inculding crt).

The problem was only red colour.

First you will have to decide if you have any red drive from the red gun in the tube. Is it no red or is the red just weak. If you have no red drive up to the screen you wil have to fault find the red driving circuit take voltage on cathode of red gun and compare with green and blue kathodes.
It might just be a question of adjusting the red gain control normaly found on the tube base.
