stick it to another computer and use hard disk analysis software to find the fault..:D
 
its is impossible to find fault from other pc if HD even cannot boot and not present in bios..its my 2cent opinion:D

Use a USB - HD adapter such as this: **broken link removed** (VANTEC CB-ISATAU2 SATA/IDE to USB 2.0 Adapter)

These work very well.
 
what type of problem u r facing with your hard disk? and hard disk details pls tell me it will be necessary to solv your problem
