How can i connect to IDE of HD via USB interface

search in e-book scetion for books deal with the USB topic, it may contains useful circuits.
 

Enclosures containing USB2 to IDE interface are readily available. Recently I bout one for about 50US$. It have both UCB2 and FireWire interface. U can mount any IDE device. I put some old 80 GB HDD and use the thingie for backup purposes. It's sufficiently fast and universal.
