hameg hm604

I gat a problem with a HM604 , there will no vertical deflection any more (the vertical settings are'nt impossible ). Same fault if use the component tester( only a spot of the center screen with shorted test leads). I take some measurements with a DMM where are some indicated voltages on the diagram. There's a different with the shematic and the measured voltages on the output of the vertical pre-amplifiers. But all circuits are connected togehter (as usual) that's the difficulty how to measure right because there's some influence from pre and post circuits.
I have a user manual and the circuits diagrams.
