half wave rectifier with filter capacitor and load

for this circuit the voltage obtained across capacitor is given in the below

the principle of half wave rectifier circuit with capacitor filler supports this type of output.But for the below circuit

the voltage decreases with the increase of capacitor value.also the current remains almost same. i can't understand such type of behavior.please help me with necessary explanation.Capture4.JPG

The table doesn't seem to fit the circuit. Or there are parasitic circuit elements not shown in the schematic.
