I am currently in india and need information on H1-B
processing for US Work Permit

a)when does this Open for filing : October or April
b)What is the Current Quota.
c)Can it be filed anytime
d)if i start Processing now,when is the best time i can get it

And all other relebant details

d)you may start now, typically get it in around 2-3 months.
