Hi all,
i would like to design a transformer less inverter and have 12V-315V DC-DC converter board can i design h-bridge(N&P channel MOSFET) without driver IC like(IR2110)

The issue is is their p type fet that can handle the required current needed if yes the availability of it ? so i prefer to used N type all through..

Of course you can. Better use a N-channel Mosfet
