I am trying to create H-bridge recitifer with schottky diode, but my efficiency goes lower when the load is increased. Can someone please help me.

Sir, What "system" is this rectifier part of?
For example, is it an output H Bridge of a high frequency Full Bridge converter?.....or something else......?
I am sure you would appreciate that rectifiers are very rarely used in isolation, by themselves.

i will go out on a limb, without the information treez asked for

the forward drop of the diode is essentially constant
if you increase the load, you increase the current
increase the current, the power lost in the diode goes up, efficiency goes down

please provide the circuit your rectifeir goes with, how you loaded it, and how you determined the efficiency.

without a full, clear, as built, schematic your questions are impossible to answer ...
