H bridge motor driving IC

hello,
im looking for the Half H bridge motor driver IC to drive a single brushed DC motor

specification of IC must contains.

Supply Voltage = 0 to 5.5V;
current PEAk output = 2.5A to 3A;
load type = Inductive;
Voltage Load = 6.5V to (35V - 50V);
mounting type = through hole;
interface = PWM;
number of Pins = 8, 14, 16;

i have google for the same specification but i got the IC DRV8870DAR which meets all the above specifications but the IC type is SMD package and Im looking for through Hole package.

so if any one finds the IC with mounting type through hole then please let me.

Hi,

Instead of google... go to a IC manufacturer's internet site and use their selection tools.
Or a distributor's internet site.
