H-Bridge Designing for high voltage applications

Hi all

i am presently trying to design a H- Bridge to controll a DC motor (80V, 1 A)
which type h bridge will be suitable for this ? a mosfet one or transistor one?
can anyone help me by providing the design tips using the mosfet? i would appreciate if you can post a reference design
