GW Instek firmware request

Hi all,
I'm looking for GW Instek GDS-820C firmware (820/840 firmware).
I've to repair that oscilloscope and by serial consolle trough PC i see "Checksum fail" "no valid application"
I think I may solve the problem by myself but unfortunately GW Instek don't want to supply me the firmware for that model, I kindly asked them but they told me a lot of story and they don't gave me the firmware.

I will never buy any other Instek instrument due for that above.

Hope to posted in the right section of the forum and hope someone have the file for me.

Who did you contact for GDS-820C firmware? I work for Instek America and we do provide firmware for GDS-820C.

I preferred to sold the gds-820c for repair or parts and I bought a new 150Mhz different brand.
