PS: the upper side would be the collector, the bottom would be emiiter and the left side would be the base.

Do you have no idea how to start?
Do you know the meaning of all terms?
What is R (FET circuit)?
Do you know the meaning of 0.6V (BJT circuit) and the difference between beta and "current gain"?
