Hi Experts!!!

I would like to know layout guide for High Voltage CMOS Power Transistor at DC/DC converters.
AS Usally, Many people had designed the DC/DC converter with schottky diode.
But schottky diode can be replaced by PMOSFET if performance is same or less low.

What is the key point of layout for SynFet?
I think it can be optimized On-resistance and Anything others?

Thanks in advance.
Have a nice day.
