Guide me on transient noise in cadence

Hi Guys,

Can someone guide me how to run the transient noise option in cadence. When i click the transient noise under analysis (ADE), there are a few options like noiseseed, noisefmax, noisescale, noisefmin, noisetmin and multiple run. So, what should be the value of them and what is the function for. I like to run my system with a 1.25Gbps data rata which is merely a optical system and like to see how much the noise effect
my transient signal output.
