GSM GPRS MMS alarm system

I am now testing a set of GSM alarm system which can send SMS and MMS upon alarm trigger.
The MMS features was functioning well in CHINA, but when i bring it back to Malaysia, the MMS features can not work.
The system uses BenQ M22 modem.

I have input the information correctly:
APN, Username, password, homepage, IP adddress, port. correctly according to our telcos instruction.

the set still cannot send MMS when alarm trigger

can some one help or advise me which is wrong ?
