I would like to build ZnO TFT using Silvaco TCAD. Does anyone know how ti do it?

Have you looked at their app notes for this or adjacent amorphous technologies? Bet there are some. But getting data is key to realism if that's an interest.

I’ve looked at it. But it has never worked perfectly. I’ve tried for over 3 months to get this done.
