I saw a datasheet said

Tracking sensitivity 22dB/Hz

Could someone advise this term ?

What does it mean ?

Thanks for your help.
 

This means that the energy recieved per Hz bandwidth of the recieved signal is 22dB above the per Hz noise energy..
