GPS related question..pls help

can someone please guide me to some links or share their knowledge w.r.t these basics terminology in GPS.
Basically, the correlation between the clock frequency supplied and the following parameters :
GPS Week
GPS Msec
UTC Difference
Clock Time Bias:
Clock Time Uncertainty:
Clock Frequency Bias:
Clock Frequency Uncertainty:
User Acceleration:
GPS TIME
User Time
User velocity

Also, if someone can guide me in real time gps software receiver implementation related links, that would be helpful to me!
