I am working on a defence project , where i need a GPS module which should withstand shocks and vibration . which make provides such GPS module?

You have to provide the ratings for the device..."withstand shocks and vibration" is a term used for marketing - not engineering.

look at this one :

Some circuits are made to withstand being fired from a muzzle of a canon (think guided artillery round) - they are called "gun hard" devices. But to be sure - you have to have numbers.
