You can go for SIM508_EVB board .It contains both GPS and GSM connection

Thanks for the information. I saw the datasheet details, i want to know that can i interface with 89S52 controller through UART. Then what will be the protocols and please send me the cost details too.

GPS RECEIVER

Almost every GPS module out there defaults to sending a NMEA data string 4800,N,8,1
Your 89S52 should be able to handle that.
