Gprs using sim300 gsm module

i am using a sim300 gsm modem and also using tata docomo sim...i want to connect gprs using this modem.is it possible?if its possible can anyone give me the at commands for that?
 

i tried those at commands.but when i use at+cipstart="tcp","address","port"....its say ok but then after 1 min connection fails...any idea how can i solve this?
