Hey guys

Im a newbie on gprs connection and i was wondering if someone can give me a hand on this.
Which will be the steps should i follow in order to establish a gprs connection between my WaveCom GPRS Modem and a home computer.
My situation is that an electronic device (Sensor) will sense and i should send this data to another computer.

I think i should use AT Commands. Am i correct ?
Is it correct to send these AT Commands from my electronic device ? (I will not have a computer in the "client". I will just have my sensor and my modem)

Thanks in advance
