GPIO FTDI and VB code

I have GPIO from FTDI / model FT232RL

i need sample vb code to communicate with this chip to switch an led on/off or check status for an pin if on or off


can any one help me in this or guide me where can i find , i need it as soon as possible for my Graduation Project .

but i know about this website, this is the Manufacturer of my usb GPIO .

i have tried with this examples but actually not useful for what i need, only C code working fine with on linux but i need vb code and all examples provide in vb just button and list box show the stats for the GPIO if it is connected or not and the serial number !!
