Hi,

I'm looking for a good universal programmer. I'd like to buy realy
good one with big lib of devices and possibility to program AVR
using parallel hi-voltage programming (like as STK500).

The problem is that most of the universal programmers don't have
libs for AVR using this mode and when you use for example
attiny15,26 or atmega8 with internal reset&clock you cannot
reprogram this chip using ISP and you have to use hi-voltage
parallel programming.

Any suggestions for a good model without this problem?

Hi, I am using this one:
**broken link removed**

works good for me but I only program lots of 8051 and Pic don't know ho well it supports Avr.

iam use ponyprog

Hi,

PonyProg is also a good programmer. It supports many devices but i'm afraid it is *less* universal than willem.
