good ebooks for pic programming in c

Hi I'm new to pic programming. But I am quite familiar with c/c++. I use 16f877a and mikroc. does anyone know of a good detailed free ebook for pic programming in c.
 

This is not an ebook, but this **broken link removed** could help. But it uses Hi-tech C and MPLAB though, not mikroc.
