Hi

I've finished design OTA with Vov approach. Now, I want design OTA with gm/id . firstly i will start with single transistor but i don't how i start ,please any suggestion . what are the steps to flow.

ensure that your first transistor satisfies the requirement for the saturation region of operation.

OK, I will do that to make sure and the next step what should be?
Ive select some limitation for instance Av, Tf,.. elc. I am using LTspice for simulation. please, I need the steps to flow it.
