getting Tower Location by capturing cell broadcast using SIM 300

I am trying to get the tower location....i have used the following sequence of code....

at+cnmi=2,2,2,0,0

at+cmgf=1

at+cscb=0

I am using SIM 300....can ne one help regarding this.....!!!!!!!!!
